This week’s chart is available on Randje per week blog. This alphabet though big in size was easy to work today.

This week’s challenge was completed on time this week. I was away for two weeks to India which included three Saturdays. I started on the sampler after returning back. The 34th week-

The one space adjustment on the length was made when starting this week’s chart. Working continuously on this alphabet caused a bit of tiredness which resulted in taking a turn early and deviating from the chart. The mistake is in the letter ’v’. Instead of picking up the extra stitches, I left them as it is.

These letters are bigger but are easier to work.

The easiness continued this week too. The next space on the length was adjusted with this chart.

The charts are available on the site.

This week’s chart RPW2016 challenge is another alphabet. The chart is available on their blog.
Three things are different this week.
1. I have nor completed this week’s chart. Still working on it. Hoping to complete tomorrow.
2. Instead of leaving a space of four square from the earlier row, the space is for two squares only. I started the work from the centre this time. While working on the letter ‘E found the rows to be too close. Checking of the chart revealed this mistake and also threw light on how it started. After two hours of working, did not have the mind to rectify the mistake.
3. An extra stitch widened the letter ‘C’. Not planning to go back on this either, will just adjust the space accordingly before working ‘B’.
Even while working the chart on the same day it is published did not have so much explanation or mistakes. Older and wiser!

Nothing surprising about this week’s chart on RPW2016 cross stitch challenge. The mirror image of last week’s border is worked on the other side of the letter ’Z’.  The chart is here.

It took 2 .5 hours to work this border. It also made me think, may be it is possible to work a border of this area for any other purpose also – tunic sleeve, book mark, card, collar, cell phone cover, needle book -in a day’s work. That’s an eye opener. I have written this down on this post before this theory slips away.

In this week’s chart on randje per week 2016 challenge, we have a border.  The chart is here. It was hard to accommodate the letter ’Z’ on last week’s chart. So the letter comes with a border. It was definitely a change of routine on this challenge. It was not necessary to look at the chart every now and then, as in the case of working the alphabets. But it took the same time to work the border like the previous weeks, when there were just the alphabets. I am still wondering about this.

This Alphabet is completed except for the letter ’Z’ on this week’s chart on RPW 2016 challenge. The chart is available here. I like this bold font.

We are continuing the same alphabet on this week’s chart on RPW2016 challenge. The chart is on their blog.

Today, other than taking breaks in between, I also took an effort to integrate each and every letter before working on it. This helped in gaining focus and led to more concentration. For example, the chart for the letter ’K’, in my opinion, needed a small adjustment, which could be done without increasing the area.
