Though the bullion knots are always tough to work with, they do add beauty.
When I started this sampler, the idea was to work just 5 or 6 variations, but somehow it grew, giving satisfaction.

This week’s stitch on TAST 2013 challenge by SharonB is bullion buttonhole. I had worked this stitch as a part of previous TAST challenge, when bullion stitches were scaring me. After working on those samples, I was a little better. Even now I am not totally comfortable with these type of stitches and they are also time consuming.

The details-
1.The first row is the basic bullion buttonhole. In the second row, two stitches together are worked at an angle.in the third row, the stitches are worked on both sides. These experiments I did not try on my previous sampler.
