This week’s chart is available on RPW2016 blog. The people who have taken this task of charting the alphabets from old cross stitch samplers are doing extraordinary work.
When I joined this RPW challenge in 2014, the charts were cross stitch borders. The weekly border chart would be started on Saturdays and the completion of those borders were done at later dates. This was the same case in 2015 challenge also. This year it is different. The whole chart needs to be verified throughout the working of the stitches. This makes the eyes feel tired. Once we are settled in one place to work the stitches it is better to work them at one go, because it  is hard to get the rhythm  back after leaving it for some time. This might be the case for any other cross stitch charts, where the pattern repeat is not available. Free style embroidery on a traced pattern is easier in this aspect.
