I wanted to part of this WIP Wednesday on SharonB’s blog earlier. There is new challenge on her blog, check it out. I am starting from this post.
I am currently working on a yoke for a tunic. The tunic is white/ grey ikat fabric, a kalamkari Patiala salwar is ready to make it a set. I designed this yoke with an idea of curves and florals. The work done so far-

Thank you carolyn, I needed that, the light pink outline made me doubt the necesscity for it, the dark pink looked bright enough to attract.. Now iam satisfied.

Nice movements, a ‘see’ a stream of water with flowers floating on the surface.

Thank you. I am seeing tthis yoke through your eyes now.you are right, it does look like like the flowers are floating. Actually i had drawn the flowers, to fill the space, these feather stitch creepers were added, i did not bother to connect the flowers to this
