Atlast I got the tunic stitched. I also took a few photos of my previous work. Deepa from the stitchinfingers group enquired about mirror work. I have been doing this for many years, maybe I should work on tutorial for mirror fixing, anyway if she asks me again I’ll eloborate on it.Since she is good at the chemanthi st,I think she can easily catch up.
I am still floundering how to add link to my post.Perseverence is the key here.
I worked the kutchwork on a same colour cloth and attached it to the tunic. I can’t wear it till I buy the salwar

I think I need that method to be elaborated a little. Could you?
There are enough tutorials in the net for other methods of shisha.

Hi, I have already gone through the site u hv referred.yours have no comparison with other’s work. your designs are challenging ones. I like it. Every tutorial give the same old single diamond no one has gone beyond that level.

I too started with the diamond. Later ,I started designing my own patterns. The journey for each pattern was different. Now that I have understood what you want, I’ll work on the tutorial, and post it.I’ll also post some patterns periodically, with the journey

Hi,Loved all the designs and work, very elegant and beautiful. Could you pls pls pls send the kutch work design done on the white/cream dress? Liked it a lot and want to do that on a saree which I will present to her on her 60th birthday. Also, could you pls suggest what color threads I can use on a black saree? Would really appreciate your response.
